After a decade of unblogging myself, I finally decide to write a new entry…

I had a good conversation with a friend earlier. After months or so of no communication, he caught up with me and if I may say so, he shoved some sense in me. Usually, we just do our usual hellos, wassups and couple of bickering. But earlier, it was different. We were actually having a serious conversation. And frankly, I myself was surprised. As in Oh-My-God-We-Are-Actually-Having-A-Decent-Chat-And-It's-Not-Annoying-Me. I may appear to be exaggerating to some but this is in fact true. Okay, enough of that. I'm just glad that we bumped into each other. And we have, err.. or should I say, you have cleared the air between us.

Next stop, I attended the Company Christmas Party earlier. And here's a list of what I have to say about it:

·        A very long line greeted us at the entrance.

·        I did not like the food at all!

·        I did not win any of the major prizes! Darn it! I think there were only 39 major prizes for all the 4k++ employees!

·        Hale was fine, Bamboo was super! J

·        Arbie, Erwin, Ryan, Jhude, Lalaine, Aldrin, Nanah.. Thanks for making the dinner fun even though the food sucks! Hehe.. J

·        Joven! Thanks for keeping me company earlier. *winks at Joven while singing Here Tonight*

·        Jet! Suplado ka! Yun lang! Hehe.. Bati tayo.. J

·        Abby! Thanks for the pic! Send me a copy ha! J

·        Bebi! Thanks for the ride to and from the party and for singing.. err.. should I say screaming instead.. Bamboo songs with me. J

Pit Stop, I just finished reading a book entitled Drama Queen by Abi Aquino. It's a short story about an aspiring theater actress who finds love with flair. Short but sweet. A perfect description for the novel. I really enjoyed reading the book. And now, I plan to complete the other volumes from the same publication. My next targets would be Between Dinner and the Morning After, and Tough Love. On the contrary, I might even consider buying everything as they are really cheap @ P150/each. But if there's a generous donor who could by the set for me, why not?! Hehe.. J Yeah, yeah, dream on girl! J

Why do I feel so sad when in fact I should be so happy?

These two words sum up what I have been feeling the whole day.. drained because the weariness finally sank in after relentlessly working for the past few days.. I need rest.. lots of it.. I also need sleep.. lots of it too.. unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get a hold of either.. I just realized that resting/sleeping can consume so much effort.. I have been trying to do both but I haven’t been that lucky.. restless because when I finally do doze off, the phone rings.. I instantly jump to pick it up.. hoping that someone would call.. but that someone didn’t.. i also kept an eye on my cell fone just in case any sign from that someone comes in.. but there was none.. maybe I deserve it.. then again maybe I don’t.. a part of me wants to go ahead and make a move.. forget everything that has been said and done.. coz it’s really difficult not having that someone around.. however, a part of me still wishes to wait.. not because of pride but because of importance.. my importance for that matter.. I am not sure where I stand right now.. with a bit of luck, things will go back to the way they used to.. I will realize what needs to be done and when..
